After moving to Sydney in 2013, Hilary played the title role of Carrie in the Australian premiere of Carrie The Musical with Squabbalogic. She then played Loretta Truswell in Miracle City, Rose Fenny in the Australian premiere of Dogfight, Veronica Sawyer in Heathers The Musical (Arts Centre Melbourne and the Sydney Opera House), and then on to the Australian tour of Kinky Boots (Michael Cassel Productions). She was most recently seen in the original company of Muriel’s Wedding the Musical at Sydney Theatre Company where she played the role of Nicole and was the understudy Muriel.
Hilary has been nominated for Sydney Theatre Awards for Best Performance by an Actress for her role in Miracle City, Best Cabaret Production for OCDiva, and Best Performance by an Actress in a Musical for both her portrayal of Carrie, and of Rose in Dogfight.
